Transcranial Doppler ultrasound (TCD) in 22 cases of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) in children with major arterial blood flow velocity detection, and with 20 cases of normal neonatal TCD were controlled and found that Blood flow slowed in 18 cases, 2 cases increased, 2 cases of normal. Especially in children with moderate to severe HIE compared with the control group, the blood flow slowed down very clearly, the difference has a very significant meaning. Tip reduction of cerebral blood flow in children with HIE is closely related to brain damage.
