[目的]研究凋亡抑制蛋白Livin在非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lungcancer,NSCLC)组织和正常肺组织中的表达,探讨livin表达水平与临床病理因素的相关性、生物学特点的相关性,为肺癌的临床诊断及治疗提供依据。[方法]将来某院就诊并手术的46例非小细胞肺癌和10例良性肺部病变患者,采用免疫组织化学法检测Livin蛋白在患者癌组织、癌旁组织和良性病变肺组织中的表达,数据结果采用χ2检验、配对样本t检验等统计方法予以分析。[结果]Livin蛋白在NSCLC组织、癌旁组织和良性病变肺组织中表达阳性率分别为67.4%、19.6%和0.0%,差异有统计学意义。不同病理类型和不同分化程度的肺癌Livin蛋白表达情况差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。而有无淋巴结转移肺癌和不同分期程度的肺癌Livin蛋白表达情况差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)[结论]Livin在NSCLC组织中特异性地高表达,可能成为NSCLC诊断上新的标记物和治疗上新的靶点和治疗的重要依据。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of Livin in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and normal lung tissues and to investigate the relationship between livin expression and clinicopathological factors and biological characteristics , Provide the basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer. [Method] In the future 46 cases of non-small cell lung cancer and 10 cases of benign lung disease were treated and operated in a hospital, the expression of Livin protein in lung cancer tissues, adjacent tissues and benign lesions was detected by immunohistochemistry, Data results using χ2 test, paired sample t test and other statistical methods to be analyzed. [Results] The positive rates of Livin protein in lung tissues of NSCLC tissues, paracancerous tissues and benign lesions were 67.4%, 19.6% and 0.0%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant. There was no significant difference in the expression of Livin protein in different pathological types and different degrees of differentiation (P> 0.05). There was significant difference in the expression of Livin protein in lung cancer with or without lymph node metastasis and different stages (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Livin is highly expressed in NSCLC tissues and may be a new marker in the diagnosis of NSCLC Treatment of new targets and treatment of important basis.
