采用电导法测定三种草坪草经低温处理后的电解质渗透率的变化 ,并通过研究低温处理过程中细胞内超氧化物歧化酶活性的变化 ,探求低温下SOD活性的变化与植物耐寒性的关系。在低温处理过程中 ,随着温度的下降 ,结缕草电解质渗透率缓慢升高 ,表现出较强的耐寒性 ;假俭草次之 ,而地毯草的耐寒性最差。随着温度的降低 ,三种草坪草叶片细胞SOD活性下降和电解质渗透增加。幼苗逐渐出现伤害症状 ,而SOD活性的显著下降却比细胞电解质大量渗漏的出现要早。耐寒力不同的三个品种在SOD活性及电解质渗漏的变化上有差异。
The conductivity of three turfgrasses was measured by conductivity method after low temperature treatment. The changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in the process of low temperature treatment were also investigated to explore the relationship between the changes of SOD activity at low temperature and the cold tolerance of plants . During the process of low temperature treatment, the electrolyte permeability of Zoysia japonica increased slowly with the decrease of temperature, which showed strong cold tolerance, followed by centipede grass, and the lowest cold tolerance of carpet grass. With the decrease of temperature, SOD activity and electrolyte penetration of three kinds of turfgrass leaves decreased. Emergence of seedling injury symptoms, and significant decline in SOD activity than the cell electrolyte leakage occurred a lot earlier. There were differences in SOD activity and electrolyte leakage between the three cultivars with different cold tolerance.
