忙碌是今日校长的常态。但处理任何事务都必须分清主次。对一所学校来说,教学,无疑是永恒的主旋律。关于校长如何抓教学,一直有个貌似正确而实则偏激的观点,它认为校长抓救学应该经常听课、评课,应该参加教研活动,应该和教师一起分析教材,研究教学方法。如果校长不能经常这样做,这位校长就是不称职的,至少也是对教学的不重视。这个说法是狭隘的,以这个要求来衡量校长是否重视教学,对校长是不合理
Busy is the normal school principal today. But to deal with any business must distinguish between primary and secondary. For a school, teaching is undoubtedly the eternal theme.
