目的:观察并分析手部骨折患者采用微型钢板内固定治疗对其手功能康复状况以及愈合时间的影响。方法:选取2012年7月-2015年12月在本院骨伤科收治的108例手部骨折患者作为研究对象,将患者随机分为2组,实验组(n=54)采用微型钢板内固定治疗,而对照组(n=54)则采用克氏针内固定治疗,比较两组手术、住院、愈合、重返工作岗位所需时间及手功能康复情况。结果:实验组的手术时间、住院时间、愈合时间以及重返工作岗位时间均明显短于对照组,手功能康复率显著高于对照组,以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用微型钢板内固定治疗手部骨折疗效显著,可缩短手术及住院时间,加快骨折愈合,手功能恢复良好,能较快回到工作岗位,值得推广。“,”Objective:To observe and analyze the effects of mini plate internal fixation on hand function recovery and healing time of patients with hand fracture. Methods:108 cases of hand fracture patients treated from July 2012 to December 2015 in our hospital of orthopedics and traumatology were randomly divided into 2 groups. Patients were treated by mini plate internal fixation in the experimental group (n=54) or by Kirschner wire internal fixation in the control group (n=54). The time of surgery, hospitalization, healing and return to the job what they needed and hand function rehabilitation were compared between two groups. Results: The time of surgery, hospitalization, healing and return to the job in the experimental group were obviously shorter than that of the control group , and hand function recovery rate was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: the application of mini plate internal fixation in the treatment of hand fractures has obvious curative effect , which shorten the operation time and hospitalization time , accelerate fracture healing, good recovery of hand function, more quickly go back to work. It is worthy of promotion.
