陈潭秋是武汉中共早期组织的发起人之一,出席中国共产党第一次全国代表大会的武汉代表,中共湖北党组织的创建者组织者之一,因而是中国共产党的创始人之一。党成立后,陈潭秋历任华中、东南、华北、东北、华南和西北党的各级组织的负责人,为中国共产主义运动和中华民族的解放事业作出了重要贡献,最终献出了宝贵的生命。在陈潭秋颇富传奇色彩的革命生涯中,多次出入上海,他在上海参与的一些活动,是中国共产党光辉历史的重要组成部分。
Chen Tanqiu was one of the founders of Wuhan’s early organization, one of the founders of Wuhan, one of the founders of the Hubei Party organization of the CPC and one of the founders of the Communist Party of China who attended Wuhan’s first National Congress of the Communist Party of China. After the founding of the party, Chen Tanqiu, who assumed the posts of heads of all levels of the Central, Southeast, North, Northeast, South China and Northwest parties, made important contributions to the Chinese communist movement and the cause of liberation of the Chinese nation and eventually gave his precious life. In Chen Tanqiu’s legendary revolutionary career, he made numerous trips to Shanghai and some of his activities in Shanghai are an important part of the glorious history of the Chinese Communist Party.
