本文试图综述影响大学生英语课堂学习质量的教师相关因素。本文采用文献资料研究法、课堂教学观察法并结合教学反思,得出研究结论:大学生英语课堂学习质量受到多种因素的影响,与教师相关的因素主要有教师素质、课前准备、教学内容和教学方法与手段以及课堂学习评价。良好的教师素质,充分的课前准备,合适的教学内容和恰当的教学方法,合理的课堂学习评价,这些是保证课堂学习成功的重要条件。
This article attempts to summarize the relevant factors that affect the quality of English learning in college students. This paper adopts the literature research method, the classroom teaching observation method and the teaching reflection, and draws the conclusion that the quality of English learning in college students is affected by many factors. The main factors related to teachers are the quality of teachers, pre-class preparation, teaching content and Teaching methods and means and classroom learning evaluation. Good teacher quality, adequate preparation before class, appropriate teaching content and proper teaching methods, and reasonable evaluation of classroom learning are the important conditions to ensure the success of classroom learning.
