为纪念苏联地震站80周年和“普尔科沃”、“斯维尔德罗夫斯克”地震台75周年,苏联地震抗震建筑联合会和苏联科学院地球物理研究所于1981年11月10—13日在列宁格勒科学家之家联合举办了第一次纪念加里津报告会。加里津(1862—1916年)院士既是苏联地震学的奠基者,又是世界地震学奠基者之一。他的一生精力倾注在两个方面——建立经过周密规划的苏联地震台系统,研制能给出既有定性特性,又有定量特性的地震记录的地震仪器,从而最终解决地震学面临的一切问
To commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Soviet Union and the 75th anniversary of the seismic stations “Pulkovo” and “Sverdlovsk,” the Soviet Union Earthquake Resistance Building Consortium and the Institute of Geophysics of the Soviet Academy of Sciences held on November 10-13, 1981 The Leningrad Scientist’s House jointly organized the first commemoration of Garrigin’s briefing. Academician Garri Jin (1862-1916) is both the founder of Soviet Seismology and one of the founders of world seismology. His energies devoted his life to two aspects - the creation of a well-planned system of Soviet Seismic stations, the development of seismic instruments that give seismological records of both qualitative and quantitative properties, and ultimately the solution to the problems of seismology
