在制造业服务化转型过程中,产品服务系统逐渐成为一种新型的商业模式。通过运用旁支付契约,研究了产品服务系统中的制造商与服务商之间的转移支付问题。研究发现,与讨价还价情形相比,旁支付契约机制可以实现对协调后总收益增加值进行公平合理地分配,确保企业间合作的稳定性。同时有力地避免了预先购买,哄抬价格的道德缺失现象的发生。并通过数值实例验证了旁支付契约在产品服务系统协调方面的有效性,有助于提升产品服务的整合效率,提高产品服务系统成员企业的收益水平。
In the manufacturing service transformation process, product service system has gradually become a new type of business model. By using the side-payment contract, the issue of transfer payments between manufacturers and service providers in product service systems is studied. The study found that, compared with the bargaining situation, the by-contract mechanism can achieve a fair and reasonable distribution of the total value added after the coordination and ensure the stability of the cooperation between enterprises. At the same time effectively avoided the pre-purchase, drive up the price of moral absence. The numerical examples validate the effectiveness of the by-pay contract in the coordination of product service systems, which helps to improve the efficiency of product service integration and improve the profitability of members of the product service system.
