目的研究通过检测Omi/Htr A2与XIAP在乳腺癌组织中的表达,探讨其相互关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测40例乳腺癌、10例乳腺纤维腺瘤组织中Omi/Htr A与XIAP的表达情况。结果在乳腺浸润性导管癌中,Omi/Htr A2与XIAP的表达高于乳腺纤维腺瘤(P<0.05),且二者的表达呈负相关。Omi/Htr A2与XIAP的表达分别与临床分期有关,与患者年龄和有/无淋巴结转移无关。结论 Omi/Htr A2与XIAP在乳腺浸润性导管癌的发生、发展中可能扮演重要角色。
Objective To investigate the relationship between Omi / Htr A2 and XIAP expression in breast cancer. Methods The expressions of Omi / Htr A and XIAP in 40 cases of breast cancer and 10 cases of breast fibroadenoma were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The expression of Omi / Htr A2 and XIAP in breast invasive ductal carcinoma was higher than that in breast fibroadenoma (P <0.05), and the expression of them was negatively correlated. The expression of Omi / Htr A2 and XIAP were correlated with clinical stage, respectively, but not with patient age and with / without lymph node metastasis. Conclusion Omi / Htr A2 and XIAP may play an important role in the development of breast invasive ductal carcinoma.
