研究了不同温度和不同的轧辊转速对TC3合金显微组织的影响。结果表明,TC3合金坯料温度对坯料组织有重要的影响;随着温度从930℃增加到980℃,工件的组织中,从以孪晶为主的结构逐渐变为动态再结晶的等轴晶;主动辊的转动速度由15 rad/s增到25 rad/s的过程中,微观组织的变化并不明显;在15~20 rad/s时,晶粒被压扁,层片状结构较为明显;25 rad/s时,层片状组织不太明显,表现为细小的等轴晶。最佳的加工工艺为温度980℃,轧辊转速20~25 rad/s。
The effects of different temperatures and different roll speeds on the microstructure of TC3 alloy were studied. The results show that the TC3 alloy billet temperature has an important effect on the microstructure of the billet. With the temperature increasing from 930 ℃ to 980 ℃, the structure of the workpiece gradually changes from the twins to the recrystallized equiaxed grains. The change of microstructure is not obvious when the rotating speed of the driving roller increases from 15 rad / s to 25 rad / s. The grains are crushed and the lamellar structure is obvious at 15-20 rad / s. When 25 rad / s, lamellar structure is not obvious, showing small equiaxed. The best processing technology is temperature 980 ℃, roll speed 20 ~ 25 rad / s.
