笔者于2007年6月～2010年6月采用中西医结合治疗小儿阑尾脓肿46例,疗效满意,并与单用西医治疗的23例作对照观察,现报告如下。1临床资料两组69例患儿均经B超检查而确诊,病程2～7天,排除其他消化系统疾病。将其按住院时间的先后顺序以2∶1的比例随机分为治疗组46例和对照组23例。治疗组46例中,男33例,女13例;年龄1～13岁,平均(6.4±3.5)岁;脓肿直径2.5～
The author in June 2007 ~ June 2010 using Integrative Medicine 46 cases of appendiceal abscess in children with satisfactory results, and with Western medicine alone for the treatment of 23 cases of controlled observation, are as follows. 1 Clinical data 69 patients in both groups were diagnosed by B-mode ultrasound, duration of 2 to 7 days, excluding other digestive diseases.
