天津市人民医院瘤料自1960年以来,在22例腮腺肿瘤手术应用腮腺活体美兰染色法,结果满意,兹作介绍。操作方法手术前将颊翻转向外侧,先用鼻泪管扩张器扩大腮腺导管口(1至4号),继将钝头22号腰椎穿刺针插入导管,徐徐滑行2—3厘米,至总导管分枝处针头受阻而止,连接注射器,缓缓注入无菌1%美兰溶液1.5—2.0毫升后,留针3分钟,以防染色
