随着经济的全球化不断进行,复杂多变的外部环境和日益激烈的市场竞争都对国有企业的经营管理提出了更高的要求。资金是企业生产经营的生命线,资金管理效率的高低对于企业意义重大。笔者首先分析梳理了目前国有企业的资金管理工作的现状,然后针对其中存在的问题提出了若干对策,以期为提高国有企业的经营效率做出一定理论贡献。
With the ongoing globalization of economy, complicated external environment and increasingly fierce market competition have put higher demands on the management of state-owned enterprises. The capital is the lifeline of the production and operation of an enterprise, and the level of the efficiency of fund management is of great significance to the enterprise. At first, the author analyzes and analyzes the current situation of fund management in state-owned enterprises. Then, some countermeasures are put forward in view of the existing problems so as to make some theoretical contributions to improving the operating efficiency of state-owned enterprises.
