党的十八大强调实施创新驱动发展战略,把科技创新摆在国家发展全局的核心位置。省第十次党代会确立“两化”互动、统筹城乡的总体战略,把建设西部科技创新高地作为事关四川长远发展的重大战略。泸州市坚持把推进科技创新工作摆在优先发展的战略地位,围绕推进实施创新驱动发展战略,完善工作思路和举措,不断优化科技创新大环境。
The 18th National Congress of the CPC emphasized the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy and placed scientific and technological innovation at the core of the overall national development.
