2017年3月26日到29日,中国人与生物圈国家委员会“国家公园”专家组,调研的第一站位于云南省迪庆藏族自治州香格里拉县的普达措国家公园体制试点区。之所以选择普达措作为我们的起点,因为它是中国最早开始探索实践国家公园制度建设、保护管理、社区发展、旅游开发的保护地。从2005年至今已超过了10年。调研工作分两部分进行,一方面实地考察了普达措的4个功能区:严格保护区、生态保育区、游憩展示区和传统利用区。另一方面与地方各利益相关者进行访谈交流,包括云
From March 26 to March 29, 2017, the first station of the National Committee of the Chinese MAB and the “National Parks” expert group is located in the pilot area of Pudacuo National Park in Shangri-La County, Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. Pudacuo was chosen as our starting point because it is the earliest place in China to explore and practice the construction of national parks, protection and management, community development and tourism development.
