酸性光亮镀铜溶液中少量的氯离子(20~80毫克·升~(-1))可在非水丙酮介质中,以银作指示电极,双盐桥甘汞电极作参比电极,硝酸银标准溶液直接滴定,终点电位突跃达200毫伏左右,响应速度较快,极适宜于自动电位滴定。大量的铜离子及硫酸根离子,少量的铁、铝、锌、镍离子,以及数种KG系列光亮添加剂均不干扰测定。试验对比了六种指示-参比电极组合,证明在镀铜溶液中以银/甘汞电极组合性能最优。分析准确度好,一个样品可在2~3分钟内完成测定。
