一、岩心分析设备现状及对策分析我所目前能分析183个岩心项目,为油田勘探开发提供560多个分析测试参数.我们从产量、质量、成本、生产周期和安全及环保五个方面,采用强制打分法对常用的18台岩心分析关键设备的状况进行了全面系统评价.经加权统计,按得分高低,把对生产影响最大的自动岩石切片机、钻石机、自动岩心磨片机和钻切机等四台设备确定为重点设备.然而这四台设备均已使用8年以上,老化严重,工效低,安全性差,必须尽快采取措施进行更新或改造.为此,我们研究提出了五种可供选择的方案:(1)旧设备继续使用;(2)对原设备进行大修理;(3)对原设备进行现代化改装;(4)用相同结构的新设备更换;(5)进口高效率的新设备.为了能使岩心分析设备的更新与改造达到技术上先进,经济上合理,高产、优质、低耗和安全的目的,我们采用技术经济分析法对五种方案进行了科学评价.

In order to enable the core technology to be updated and rebuilt to technically advanced, economically reasonable, high-yield, high-quality, low-cost, and safe-to-use, we use techno-economic analysis methods to The case was scientifically evaluated.
