本文用超临界CO_2,流体技术对芫荽子的萃取进行了研究,探讨了原料粒度、温度、压力、流体密度对萃取效率的影响,并对其中挥发油的选择性萃取作了初步探索。
In this paper, the extraction of coriander seeds using supercritical CO_2, fluid technology was studied, the effect of particle size, temperature, pressure and fluid density on the extraction efficiency was discussed. The selective extraction of volatile oil was also explored.
