目的明确茅舍血厉螨(Haemolaelaps caslis)雌螨的形态特征。方法在显微镜下观察28只茅舍血厉螨雌螨标本的形态特征,同国内外文献描述比较。结果重新描述了茅舍血厉螨雌螨的形态特征,国内文献对其形态特征的描述有不妥之处:①螯肢定趾为3齿而非2齿;②强调了腹面次大一块足后板呈“<”形,而观察显示标本形态不稳定,呈“<”形、圆形、椭圆形、杆状等,不宜作为鉴定特征;③背板副刚毛0~3根,而非2~3根。结论国内文献对茅舍血厉螨雌螨的形态描述有不妥之处,检索表中不宜使用不稳定的形态特征,以免发生分类上的错误。
Objective To determine the morphological characteristics of female mites in Haemolaelaps caslis. Methods Morphological characteristics of 28 specimens of female mites, Hemiptera frugiperda, were observed under a microscope and compared with the literature at home and abroad. Results The morphological characteristics of female mite mites were described again. The description of the morphological characteristics of domestic mites is inappropriate: (1) the chelation of the toes is 3 teeth instead of 2 teeth; (2) The plate was “” shape, and the observation showed that the shape of the specimen was unstable, “” shape, round, oval, rod and so on, should not be used as identification features; Not 2 to 3. Conclusions The domestic literatures have some defects on the morphological description of female mite mites, and the unfavorable morphological features should not be used in the retrieval table to avoid classification errors.
