本文收集1980年～1990年11年间子宫外孕313例,其中二次宫外孕者9例,现报告如下: 【例1】患者31岁,孕_5产_1。1984年3月28日入院。不规则阴道流血37天,伴下腹痛20天。宫颈举痛(++),后穹窿触及包块约5×6厘米,尿hCG(-),B超提示盆腔积液,后穹窿穿刺得不凝血。开腹手术为左侧输卵管伞端妊娠流产,右侧卵巢正常,未见输卵管。3年前因宫外孕切除了右侧输卵管。【例2】患者32岁,孕_(?)产_2,1985年1月4日入院。闭经80天,不规则阴道流血3天,下腹痛1天。血压9.0/6.0kPa,面色苍白,腹部有移动浊音,血红蛋白60克/升。急诊手术见左侧输卵管间质部妊
