目的:探讨宫术宁胶棒应用于无痛人流的效果。方法:将1 200例中止妊娠者随机分为依托咪酯、依托咪酯复合芬太尼、宫术宁胶棒、宫颈旁阻滞、对照组五组。结果:静脉麻醉组镇痛完全(P<0.01),无人流综合征发生;局部用药组中宫术宁胶棒组术中镇痛、扩宫及防止人流综合征也有显著效果。结论:静脉麻醉组中依托咪酯复合芬太尼用于人工流产安全有效。局部用药组中宫术宁胶棒组应用于无痛人流也是安全有效的一种方法。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Gongning Ning glue stick on painless abortion. Methods: One hundred and twenty-one cases of termination of pregnancy were randomly divided into five groups: etomidate, etomidate and fentanyl, Gongning Ning glue stick, cervical paravalvular block and control group. Results: Analgesia in intravenous anesthesia group was complete (P <0.01), and no-flow syndrome occurred. In the local drug group, intraoperative analgesia, dilation and prevention of flow-induced syndrome in Gongning Ningbogang group were also significant. Conclusion: It is safe and effective to use etomidate combined with fentanyl for induced abortion in intravenous anesthesia group. Local medicine group in the palace of Ning glue stick group used in painless flow is also a safe and effective way.
