目的:观察三叉神经痛发作时局部是否有P物质参与,加深对三叉神经痛发病机制的认识。方法:三叉神经痛患者16 例,正常自愿者10 名,用放射免疫测定法检测疼痛发作时患侧颈外静脉血、肘静脉血及术后患侧颈外静脉血中P物质含量,正常自愿者颈外静脉血中P物质的含量作为正常对照。结果:疼痛发作时患侧颈外静脉血中的P物质含量明显高于患者肘静脉血、术后患侧颈外静脉血及正常自愿者颈外静脉血中的P物质含量。结论:三叉神经痛发作时局部确有P物质参与,痛支神经快速过度释放P物质及P物质的耗竭可能与三叉神经痛的阵发性剧烈疼痛有关
OBJECTIVE: To observe whether there is local substance P involved in the onset of trigeminal neuralgia and to deepen the understanding of the pathogenesis of trigeminal neuralgia. Methods: 16 patients with trigeminal neuralgia and 10 normal volunteers were recruited. Radioimmunoassay was used to detect the content of substance P in the external jugular vein, the elbow vein and the external jugular vein after the onset of pain. External jugular vein blood P substance content as a normal control. Results: The content of substance P in the ipsilateral jugular vein was significantly higher than that in the patient ’s elbow vein, postoperative ipsilateral jugular venous blood and normal volunteers. CONCLUSIONS: There is localized involvement of substance P in the onset of trigeminal neuralgia, and the rapid over-release of substance P and the depletion of substance P in the pain-supporting nerves may be related to the severe paroxysmal pain associated with trigeminal neuralgia
