以两站间密闭稠油掺0#柴油集输管道为研究对象,建立数学模型,对管道总运行费用中的变量进行优化计算,讨论掺入不同比例0#柴油对管道运行费用的影响。稠油添加0#柴油后,管输摩阻损失降低,所需泵扬程及耗电量减少。当设定进、出站油温时,影响稠油管输费用的因素包括添加0#柴油原料费及泵的电费,而0#柴油原料费起决定性作用。以某混合稠油掺0#柴油管道为例,计算0#柴油不同掺混比例下的运行工况和费用,经对比分析,确定了经济输油方案。
Taking the 0 # diesel oil gathering pipe between two stations as a research object, a mathematical model was established to optimize the variables in the total operating costs of the pipelines. The effects of blending 0 # diesel with different proportions on the running costs of the pipelines were discussed. After the 0 # diesel oil is added into the heavy oil, the tube friction resistance loss is reduced, and the required pump head and power consumption are reduced. When setting the inlet and outlet oil temperature, the factors that affect the cost of heavy oil pipelines include the cost of adding 0 # diesel feedstock and pump electricity, while the cost of 0 # diesel feedstock plays a decisive role. Taking a 0 # diesel oil pipe mixed with heavy oil as an example, the operating conditions and costs of 0 # diesel oil under different blending ratios were calculated. After comparing and analyzing, the economic oil transportation scheme was determined.
