本文叙述了 YPHe-100型大型氦液化设备的漏泄问题,提出了氦系统设备上容易漏泄的部位,介绍了所采用的各种检漏方法及效果。实践证明,吸枪法检漏是一种比较成功的检漏方法,可以查出设备上各种大小的漏点。
This article describes the leakage of YPHe-100 large-scale helium liquefaction equipment, puts forward the leak-prone parts of the helium system equipment, and introduces various leak detection methods and effects. Practice has proved that sniffer leak detection method is a more successful leak detection device can detect leaks of various sizes.
