在信息社会,公共图书馆既要拓展其生存空间,又要高举维护公民信息自由和公平的大旗,在政府信息公开法律化的大环境下,对政府信息资源进行公益性开发是公共图书馆最佳选择。从公共图书馆参与政府信息资源公益性开发的可行性出发,结合公共图书馆的天然使命及开发信息资源的优势,提出基于公共图书馆个体实践的举措。
In the information society, public libraries not only need to expand their living space, but also hold high the banner of safeguarding the freedom and fairness of citizen information. Under the environment of open and legal government information, the public library development of government information resources is public library best choice. Based on the feasibility of public libraries participating in the public welfare development of government information resources, this paper puts forward the measures based on the individual practice of public libraries combining with the natural mission of public libraries and the advantages of developing information resources.
