党的十八大报告中提出,推进经济结构战略性调整是加快转变经济发展方式的主攻方向。杭州市已进入到工业化中后期,经济发展和环境保护的矛盾在新一轮发展中将会更加凸显,杭州要保持经济持续的快速增长,就必须加快调整和优化产业结构,转变现有经济发展方式。文章从当前杭州市产业结构和主要污染物排放入手,分析两者之间的关系,从而提出符合杭州市实情的产业结构优化对策和建议。
The report of the 18th CPC National Congress put forward that pushing forward the strategic readjustment of the economic structure is the main direction for speeding up the transformation of the economic development mode. Hangzhou has entered the mid-to-late period of industrialization. The contradiction between economic development and environmental protection will become even more prominent in the new round of development. To maintain sustained and rapid economic growth, Hangzhou must speed up its readjustment and optimization of its industrial structure and transformation of its existing economic development the way. The article starts with the current industrial structure and discharge of major pollutants in Hangzhou and analyzes the relationship between the two so as to propose the industrialization optimization measures and suggestions that are in line with the actual conditions in Hangzhou.
