目的:探讨高血压病及高血压合并心律失常患者血清脂联素水平,及其与脑钠肽(BNP)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)的相关性。方法:选取原发性高血压病患者71例,分为单纯高血压组(36例)及合并心律失常组(35例)。测定血清脂联素、BNP、CRP水平,并进行相关性分析。结果:合并心律失常组[(0.977±0.340)mg/L]及单纯高血压病组[(1.977±0.990)mg/L]脂联素浓度显著低于正常对照组[(6.451±1.972)mg/L](P<0.01),合并心律失常组脂联素浓度显著低于单纯高血压组(P<0.01)。合并心律失常组及单纯高血压组BNP、CRP浓度高于正常对照组,合并心律失常组BNP、CRP浓度显著高于单纯高血压组(P<0.01)。单纯高血压组及合并心律失常组血清脂联素与BNP、CRP均呈负相关。结论:高血压病患者,血清脂联素降低、CRP及BNP水平升高,合并心律失常的高血压患者上述指标改变更为显著。血清脂联素与血清BNP、CRP呈负相关。脂联素可能与高血压病发生、发展有关。
Objective: To investigate the serum level of adiponectin in patients with hypertension and hypertension complicated with arrhythmia, and its correlation with BNP and CRP. Methods: Totally 71 patients with essential hypertension were divided into simple hypertension group (36 cases) and combined arrhythmia group (35 cases). Serum levels of adiponectin, BNP and CRP were measured and their correlations were analyzed. Results: Compared with the normal control group [(6.451 ± 1.972) mg / L] and [1.977 ± 0.990 mg / L] in the patients with essential hypertension, the concentrations of adiponectin in the patients with arrhythmia [(0.977 ± 0.340) L] (P <0.01). The concentration of adiponectin in patients with arrhythmia was significantly lower than that in patients with hypertension alone (P <0.01). The concentrations of BNP and CRP in patients with arrhythmia and hypertension were significantly higher than those in the control group. The concentrations of BNP and CRP in patients with arrhythmia were significantly higher than those in patients with hypertension alone (P <0.01). The levels of serum adiponectin in BNP and CRP in patients with hypertension and arrhythmia were negatively correlated. Conclusion: In patients with hypertension, serum adiponectin is decreased, CRP and BNP levels are elevated, and the above indexes are more obviously changed in hypertensive patients with arrhythmia. Serum adiponectin and serum BNP, CRP was negatively correlated. Adiponectin may be related to the occurrence and development of hypertension.
