结合软接触电磁连铸的准三维电磁场数值模拟和金属Sn的连铸实验,分析了软接触电磁连铸中结晶器分解结构和感应留位置、尺寸、电流对铸坯表面碰通密度、电磁力和电磁压力的影响结果表明:软接触结晶器中的磁通密度随切经数的增加而上升,但增幅渐小;铸坯表面在切维处因孩通密度增大而产生纵向凹痕;结晶器的切缝数以12-20,切维定度以0.5-1.0mm为宜;感应圈的高度应覆盖铸坯的初凝固区段,感应国的位置应使其顶端与铸坯弯月面边缘格齐;铸坯表面的电磁力和电磁压力与感应自电流成抛物线函数关系
