Carrying out innovative education and cultivating students’ innovative ability are the source of social development as well as the essence of educational work. How to cultivate students’ innovative ability in Chinese teaching is an arduous but far-reaching important task for each of our educators. Combining with our many years of teaching practice, we discuss some superficial practices. First, to create the situation, to arouse the awareness of innovation into a new lesson is an important part of a successful course, the introduction of the lesson should be combined with the teaching content, according to the age characteristics of students, mental state, cognitive ability, thinking characteristics and hobbies to design.
