我院于1988年10月开始使用KDE—Ⅰ型体外冲击波碎石机,治疗泌尿系结石,至1989年6月已治疗800余例次,现将随访九个月以上的鹿角形肾结石45例的疗效作一总结。 临床资料 本组45例病例均为我科在1988年10月—1989年3月间门诊中发现的鹿角形肾结石患者,第一次治疗时均住院。平均年龄45.8岁(11～67岁)。其中男29例、女16例。病史3个月～5年,曾有同侧肾结石手术史2例,对侧肾或输尿管结石手术史4例。 所有病例治疗前均摄取腹部平片及排泄性尿路造影以了解结石位置、大小及肾积水
