阐述了高速铁路的发展及其类型和可持续发展的概念;高速铁路的发展不仅有利于节约能源、减少污染;而且有利于解决铁路的“瓶颈”制约。同时高速铁路的兴建可以促进科技进步,最终推动可持续发展战略的实施。
Elaborated the development of high-speed railway and its type and the concept of sustainable development; the development of high-speed railway not only helps to save energy and reduce pollution; but also helps to solve the “bottleneck” constraints of the railway. At the same time, the construction of high-speed railway can promote the progress of science and technology and ultimately promote the implementation of the strategy of sustainable development.
