各级各行赞专项2005年4月,湖北省审计厅审查大悟财政支农专项资金使用情况后这样评价:大悟县2004年度财政扶贫资金1511万元,使用程序规范,效果明显,资金运转情况良好。像大悟这样的财政穷县,专项资金管理如此规范是全省少有的。湖北省财政厅农业处领导来大悟检查后,也不由得竖起大拇指:大悟作为全国重点贫困县,在财政资金不足的情况下,将专项资金存入专门账户,封闭运行,不挪用一分钱,真是难得啊!
