输精管结扎是我国常用的男性抗生育方法,对控制我国人口过快增长起了重要作用,有关它的基础研究主要集中在睾丸及抗精抗体方面,对附睾研究甚少。本文重点报告输精管结扎后附睾形态结构变化及精浆中附睾功能性指标——精浆肉毒碱和α-糖苷酶的改变。结果表明输精管结扎后精浆中这两种物质的来源大部分被阻断和全部阻断,附睾形态结构呈现精道阻塞性变化及免疫反应的形态学表现。
Vasectomy is a male antifertility method commonly used in our country. It plays an important role in controlling excessive population growth in our country. Its basic research mainly focuses on the testis and anti-sperm and little studies on the epididymis. This article focuses on changes in the morphology and structure of the epididymis after vasectomy and in the seminal plasma of epididymis - seminal plasma carnitine and alpha-glucosidase changes. The results showed that most of the sources of these two substances in the seminal plasma after vasectomy were blocked and completely blocked. Morphology and structure of the epididymis showed obstructive changes of the obstructed tract and the morphological features of the immune response.
