目的建立原子荧光法测定药品中汞、硒、砷、铋的含量。方法利用原子荧光法对黄氧化汞眼膏中汞的含量、氯化氨基汞软膏中汞的含量、醋酸地塞米松中的微量硒、氢氧化铝凝胶中的微量砷、碱式水杨酸铋干混悬剂中铋的含量进行测定。结果汞、硒、砷、铋在设计的含量范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率、相关系数良好。结论该方法简单、结果准确、灵敏度高,可有效控制药品中汞、硒、砷、铋的含量。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of mercury, selenium, arsenic and bismuth in medicine by atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods The content of mercury in mercury oxymercury eye ointment, the content of mercury in ammonium chloride mercuric chloride ointment, the trace selenium in dexamethasone acetate, the trace arsenic in aluminum hydroxide gel, the content of basic salicylic acid Bismuth suspension in the determination of bismuth content. Results Mercury, selenium, arsenic and bismuth had good linearity within the range of designed contents with good average recoveries and good correlation coefficients. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and sensitive. It can effectively control the content of mercury, selenium, arsenic and bismuth in medicine.
