管身混凝土结构在冬季施工期易发生裂缝,认为结构的内外温差、基础温差是这类裂缝产生的主要原因。通过三维有限单元法对施工期倒虹吸进行仿真计算,分析混凝土施工期应力场的时空变化规律,得出管身裂缝容易出现的部位。在南水北调中线工程勒马河倒虹吸冬季施工中采用了模板外面贴聚乙烯苯板(泡沫保温板),仿真表明,优化后保温措施对混凝土防裂有很好的效果,值得类似工程应用推广。
The concrete structure of the pipe is apt to crack in the winter construction period. It is considered that the temperature difference between inside and outside of the structure and the basic temperature difference are the main reasons for such cracks. Through the three-dimensional finite element method, the siphon during construction period is simulated and the temporal and spatial variation of stress field in concrete construction period is analyzed. During the winter construction of the inverted siphon in the middle reaches of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, a polystyrene insulation board (foam insulation board) is applied to the winter construction of the Lema River inverted siphon in the midline of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project. The simulation shows that the optimized insulation measures have good effect on concrete cracking prevention.
