装载设备的铲取阻力普遍采用之公式,该式未反映过程的特征,也未表示诸主要参数的相互关系。本文从散体极限平衡理论出发,推导出了决定铲取阻力的理论公式,公式定量的反映了诸参数对阻力的影响。且计算结果与实验值基本相符。本文还从散体接触理论出发,提出了利用该理论计算铲取阻力的公式与步骤。
The formula used in the scooping resistance of the loading equipment is generally adopted. This formula does not reflect the characteristics of the process and does not indicate the relationship between the main parameters. This paper starts with the theory of limit equilibrium of granular bodies, and deduces the theoretical formula that determines the resistance of scooping. The formula quantitatively reflects the influence of various parameters on resistance. The calculated results are basically consistent with the experimental values. This article also starts from the discrete contact theory and puts forward the formula and steps of using this theory to calculate the scooping resistance.
