最近,中央召开了农村工作会议,确定了新的一年农村工作的任务和工作方针。就是要坚定不移地贯彻执行农业是国民经济基础的战略方针,进一步落实党中央制定的各项农村政策,继续深入进行农村改革,改善农业生产条件,组织产前产后服务,推动农村经济持续稳定,协调发展。这给水利工作提出了新的任务和新的课题。
