针对钻机配油套设计、生产缺乏理论支撑的问题,对配油套的工作原理进行了研究,通过分析专用泄漏量测试装置所得到的试验数据,确定了影响配油套泄漏量的主要参数及各参数的合理取值范围。研究结果为配油套设计过程中相关参数的选取提供了理论依据。
Aiming at the lack of theoretical support for the design and production of oil distribution bush for drilling rig, the working principle of oil distribution bush was studied. By analyzing the experimental data obtained from the special leakage test equipment, the main parameters affecting the leakage of oil distribution bush were determined. The reasonable range of each parameter. The results provide a theoretical basis for the selection of relevant parameters in the design process of oil distribution sleeve.
