目的探讨器械清洗、润滑及除锈方法,有效延长器械使用寿命。方法对一种医疗器械系列清洁剂进行复用医疗器械清洁、润滑及除锈效果的观察。结果清洗、除锈后使用润滑防锈剂的器械4周内经反复清洗、消毒、灭菌,肉眼观察无锈斑产生,表面仍光洁,关节灵活;未使用润滑防锈剂的器械24 h后即见少量锈斑。结论该系列清洁剂,清洗效果好,且长效润滑和防锈保护,可有效地延长器械使用寿命,降低医疗成本。
Objective To investigate the methods of cleaning, lubricating and descaling instruments, which can effectively prolong the service life of instruments. Methods To observe the cleaning, lubrication and derusting effects of a series of medical device cleaners. Results After cleaning and rusting, the instrument using lubricating anti-rust agent was repeatedly cleaned, sterilized and sterilized within 4 weeks. No rust spots were observed on the naked eye. The surface was still smooth and the joint was flexible. After 24 h, the instrument without lubricating anti-rust agent was seen A small amount of rust. Conclusion The series of cleaning agents, cleaning effect is good, and long-term lubrication and rust protection, which can effectively extend the service life of instruments and reduce medical costs.
