At a meeting of the American College of Rheumatology, Gregory Mundy reported that lymphotoxins were detected in the media of five different myeloma cell lines in different patients and that these fluids also showed bone resorption activity when measured in vitro, but when added Lymphotoxin antibody activity was eliminated.
