未成年人犯罪严重扰乱社会秩序,危害社会和家庭的稳定,破坏社会的和谐与安宁,是构建和谐社会的巨大障碍。尤其重要的是,未成年人是祖国的未来,是社会主义和谐社会的主要建设者,他们的素质高低直接关系到社会主义和谐社会的目标能否实现。因此,预防和减少未成年人违法犯罪,维护未成年人的合法权益,保障青少年的健康成长,关系到国家的长治久安、社会的发展和民族的兴衰。为此,分析当前未成年人违法犯罪的成因,构建家庭、学校、社会立体预防未成年人犯罪的体系,加强心理健康教育,是遏制未成年人违法犯罪的重要措施。
Juvenile delinquency seriously disrupts social order, jeopardizes social and family stability, and undermines social harmony and tranquility. It is a huge obstacle to building a harmonious society. It is especially important that minors are the future of the motherland and the major builders of a socialist harmonious society. Whether their ministerial qualifications are directly related to the goal of building a harmonious socialist society can be achieved. Therefore, preventing and reducing juvenile delinquency, safeguarding the lawful rights and interests of minors and safeguarding the healthy growth of young people have a bearing on the country’s long-term peace and stability, social development and the rise and fall of the nation. Therefore, it is an important measure to curb the juvenile delinquency by analyzing the causes of the current juvenile delinquency, building a system of three-dimensional prevention of juvenile delinquency at home, school and society, and strengthening mental health education.
