3年前,记者曾经采访过三门峡市林业局局长张建友,当时的张局长正为打造黄河岸边自然山水城市的梦想而努力着。如今,3年过去了,滔滔的黄河水目睹了这个自然山水城市的绿色变迁:《三门峡市全面建设小康社会规划纲要》中的目标提前3年超额完成,森林面积达695.6万亩,森林覆盖率46.73%,活立木蓄积量1832万立方米,林业总产值36.6亿元,林业资源综合效益价值达455.4亿元,三门峡由此跨进了河南省林业生态强市行列。近日,记者再次采访了三门峡市林业局党组书记、局长张建友同志。

Today, three years have passed. The Yellow River water has witnessed the green vicissitudes of this natural landscape city. The goal of “Plan for Building a Well-off Society in an All-Round Way” in Sanmenxia exceeded the target three years ahead of schedule with a forest area of 6,956,000 mu and a forest coverage rate 46.73%, live wood stock volume 18.32 million cubic meters, forestry output value 3.66 billion yuan, forestry value of 45.54 billion yuan, Sanmenxia thus entered the ranks of Henan Province forestry eco-city. Recently, the reporter again interviewed Sanmenxia City Forestry Bureau Party Secretary, Secretary Zhang Jianyou comrades.
