按照国家和中国石油天然气集团公司下发的文件,依据《安全社区建设基本要求》(AQ/T9001-2006),吉林油田开展了安全社区建设,经过几年的努力,逐步形成了企业主导、社区单位协同配合、广大居民共同参与的企业特点鲜明的社区安全管理体系,达到了通过推进安全社区建设,提高全员安全意识和能力,最大限度降低和减少事故与伤害的目的。
