眼外伤致影细胞性青光眼1例报告

影细胞性青光眼是由于影细胞阻塞房角的小梁网而引起的急性开角型青光眼。Campbell等于1976年报导以来,陆续亦有报导,国内尚未见报导。现将我们遇到的1例报告如下。杨××女 11岁住院号242868 右眼被石块击伤、疼痛、视力障碍4天,于1983年4月13日入院。体查:一般状况尚好,心、肺、腹无异常。眼部检查:右眼视力手动眼前,眼压指测正常(因角膜有损伤未用眼压计测量)。角膜无水肿,有点状上皮混浊,前房被暗红色血块所填充,仅遗留3mm

Cellular glaucoma is caused by the shadow cells of the trabecular meshwork angle caused by acute open-angle glaucoma. Since Campbell’s report on 1976 has been reported one after another, there have been no reports in the country. Now we have encountered a report as follows. Yang × × female 11-year-old inpatient hospital No. 242868 right eye was injured by stones, pain, visual impairment for 4 days, in April 13, 1983 admission. Physical examination: the general condition is good, heart, lung, abdomen without exception. Eye examination: Right eye vision manual before, intraocular pressure refers to the normal measurement (due to damage to the cornea unoccupied tonometer measurement). Corneal edema, a little bit of epithelial opacity, anterior chamber was filled with dark red blood clots, leaving only 3mm
