首钢发展第三产业的情况,值得重视。从这里,可以看出,根据企业的具体情况,充分发挥资金、物资、技术、人才的优势,兴办更多的第三产业和其他事业,确是利国、利厂、造福人民的大好事。过去,由于旧体制的束缚,部门分割、行业分割,这种很有可为的事情却发展不起来。现在,企业的经营管理自主权扩大了,就为释放企业在这方面的能量提供了巨大的可能性。企业根据社会需要和自身的可能,把部分资金、物资、人力转移到第三产业上来,这本身也是企业搞好调整、发展多种经营的一大措施。
