专家和决策者认为,加息和开征房地产税长远看对老百姓有利,因为房价会下降,至少遏制其上升。老百姓却认为,那个葡萄能不能吃到还是个问题,但在此之前我们已经付出了代价。
Experts and policy makers believe raising interest rates and levying real estate taxes will benefit the people in the long run as housing prices will fall, at least to contain them. The common people think that grapes can not eat or a problem, but before we have already paid the price.
