制造型企业的供应链业务与财务管理一体化问题是当今管理经济学界的研究重点,供应链业务与财务管理由于存在部门协同障碍和一体化管理的资金与工作运行失效问题而很难达成帕累托最优,二者的相对拟合最优问题则构成企业一体化管理创新的关注焦点。本文以制造型企业供应链物流和财务管理主要内容为分析切入点,通过探究二者从分类到合并管理中存在的问题,有针对性地对制造业供应链物流与财务合并管理创新提出了相应的见解。
