电视问政是近几年兴起的一种官民互动形式。通过武汉市电视问政节目,提出了当前电视问政存在的相关问题,即该节目的效果仍然有限,不少人质疑官员的承诺能否及时兑现。进一步对武汉市硚口区韩家墩路整改的案例研究发现,电视问政可起到一定作用,能在一定程度上促使官员的各项承诺尽快兑现。个案分析以责任政府理论为视角,从法律责任维度、政治责任维度、道德责任维度三个方面分析了政府必须兑现承诺的原因,并提出了改进节目的建议,使之保持生机与活力。
Television politics is a form of government-government interaction that has arisen in recent years. Through the Wuhan City TV Qunzheng program, the current problems related to the current TV Qizheng are raised. The effect of the program is still limited. Many people question whether officials’ promises can be honored in time. A further case study on the rectification of Hanjiadun Road in Qokou District of Wuhan City found that TV’s political affairs play a certain role and can, to a certain extent, prompt officials to fulfill their promises as soon as possible. Case Study From the perspective of the theory of responsible government, this paper analyzes the reasons why the government must fulfill its commitments from three aspects: the legal responsibility, the political responsibility and the moral responsibility, and puts forward suggestions to improve the program so as to maintain its vigor and vitality.
