丽政办发〔2013〕93号莲都区人民政府,市政府直属各单位:经市政府同意,现将《丽水市城市紫线管理办法》印发给你们,请遵照执行。2013年6月5日丽水市城市紫线管理办法第一条为加强对城市历史文化的保护,促进城市的可持续发展,根据《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》、《中华人民共和国文物保护法》、《城市紫线管理办法》等规定,制定本办法。第二条本办法所称城市紫线,是指国家历史文化名城内的历史文化街区和省人民政府公布的历史文化街区的保护范围界线,以及历史文化街区外经县级以上人民政府公布保护的历史
